The best trip is a seamless one, where all pieces all the details flow together into one cohesive itinerary. Because of this, Travel with Paradice prefers to work on trips as a total package, and not just assist with small, “a la carte” pieces (such as rental car or airport transfer only). From experience, we have learned that in planning the custom trip as a whole, we are able to step in if there are any issues, and ensure the experience is exceptional. Your trip is tailored specifically for you and includes:
First, I want to know about your interests, why you are planning this trip and what you want to accomplish. I will listen closely to determine how I can best deliver what is important to you. This will take place during follow up communications after the Travel Inquiry Form is submitted.
Next, we will work collaboratively to design an exceptional travel experience. Each client is different and have their own ideas of what is the perfect vacation. By working together and hearing what you have in mind, we can come up with a plan to transform a good experience into a spectacular one.
Once we have discussed your travel needs and I have received your planning fee, I will put together your itinerary. Planning fees are non-refundable, however, if you proceed with the booking the fee is applied to the booking.
While you are traveling, should something unexpected happen, I am here as your advocate to work through it. Prior to your trip, I will be touching base with providers to ensure your VIP status.

The process of researching and putting together a customized, tailored proposal that matches your travel desires takes time. The Travel with Paradice trip planning fees cover the initial consultation and discussion of your trip expectations, time spent researching, developing, and one revised proposal, booking and managing all components, and support while traveling.
Because of the initial up front time involved, this fee will be charged at the time the proposal request is submitted. Fees are non-refundable however if a client proceeds with booking, 50% of the planning fee will be applied to the booking.
Initial Trip Inquiry Planning Fee – Minimum Trip Requirement: $1000/Person
2 Months or more Prior to Departure: $50
60 to 30 days From Departure: $100
Less than 30 days from Departure: $200
Additional fees may apply:
Destination Proposal Fee: an additional charge of $50 per destination will be incurred when clients request proposal revisions beyond the first revision.
Clients are welcome to book flights independently using our self-service booking site. All flights are eligbile to earn rewards points. However, Travel with Paradice is more than happy to book flights on your behalf, with the applicable booking fee.
Domestic - $50 per ticket
International - $75 per ticket
Travel with Paradice recommends all clients purchase travel protection to protect their travel investment. We learned a lot from the Covid pandemic and travel and vacations should be stress free. We include travel protection in all proposals. However, should a client wish to add travel anytime after the the proposal but prior to travel it can be added for only the cost of the travel protection.
Sometimes, you just know what you want and know when you want it. In cases like this we encourage clients to visit our self-service booking site. After a quick registration, you will have access to our personal booking site where you can book rental cars, flights, entertainment tickets and even vacation packages, on your own.
